Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return onย eligible items only.ย 

Please note, If you cancel your order with paid Shipping before it's shipped - we will not refund the amount of the shipping rate, because your order was placed above everyone else in our system.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.ย 

You are eligible for a refund if your item:

- is broken/ damagedย 

- is different from what you orderedย 

- there are parts missing

- has taken/ is taking 45+ days to arrive

You areย notย eligible for a refund if:

- you accidentally broke it (paid return available)

- you don't like it (paid return available)

- it's different from what you've expected (paid return available)

- you've changed your mind (paid return available)

- was placed 48+ hours ago (or it's shipped)

- the address you provided is incomplete/wrong

- your request has been denied even once.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please note, items that are sold with 25% or more discount - are not eligible for returns once sold out. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.ย 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Or if you qualify - no need to send us damaged item back & we'll send you a new one!


Refunds

We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We can not process your return once your request got denied. You cover the shipping + transaction fee for paid returns. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
