1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DISPATCHED?

1 to 7 business days. Some items are custom, however, and may take slightly longer during the holidays or when we are going viral. Please contact us first (owl@thewizarts.co) for more details.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Usually, shipping time takes 5~8 working days to arrive after dispatch. During rush days, please estimate an extra 5 business days more than usual. Please contact us first (owl@thewizarts.co) for more details.

3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

4. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
